ERG Developments Partners with ABEC Egypt to Construct and Finish Six Residential Buildings in the “RI8” Project at the New Administrative Capital with Investments Worth EGP 500 Million
ERG Developments, one of the leading real estate developers in the New Administrative Capital, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with ABEC Egypt, a company specialized in general contracting and project management, to execute and finish two phases of the “RI8” project located in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital. The agreement covers the construction and finishing of six residential buildings across two blocks, with a total contract value of EGP 500 million.
This collaboration comes as part of ERG Developments’ plan to accelerate the construction pace of its landmark RI8 project — one of its signature residential developments in the New Capital. The project represents a qualitative leap in urban design standards and reflects the company’s philosophy of blending Practical Luxury, sustainability, and integrated living.

Spanning a large area within the R8 residential district, RI8 is a fully integrated residential project that harmoniously combines tranquility, luxury, and intelligent urban planning. Only 20% of the total area is allocated for buildings, while 80% is dedicated to landscaped spaces, recreational, and service facilities.
The project offers a variety of residential units ranging from 138 to 227 square meters, including semi-finished apartments and duplexes. It features a wide range of amenities such as a social club, children’s areas, jogging and cycling tracks, and dedicated retail and entertainment zones. Project delivery is scheduled for 2027 as per the approved timeline.
