Gates Developments announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with SDC, a real estate investment fund owned by Sakr Group and operator of the “Farida” fractional and full ownership real estate platform. The partnership aims to deliver an integrated residential and hospitality experience across several of Gates Developments’ flagship projects in the New Administrative Capital, West Cairo, and the North Coast. This collaboration aligns with Gates Developments’ vision to enhance added value and elevate the overall experience for clients and end users.

Under the agreement, SDC will operate and manage serviced apartments under the Luxor Hospitality brand within the Catalan and Venia projects in the New Administrative Capital. This will ensure premium hospitality services for residents and investors, while enhancing the long-term investment value and attractiveness of the units.
Catalan is one of Gates Developments’ largest residential projects in the R7 district of the New Administrative Capital, spanning 36 acres and comprising 1,765 units. Venia extends over 40 acres and includes 1,792 residential units, with delivery plans extending through 2027.
The partnership also includes collaboration on the Space Commercial Complex in Sheikh Zayed City, aiming to attract a major supermarket brand in partnership with SDC. This will provide comprehensive daily commercial services within the project, which is a mixed-use commercial, administrative, and medical complex spanning approximately 33,600 square meters and comprising 545 multi-purpose units. This step reflects Gates Developments’ commitment to developing integrated mixed-use projects that combine living, working, and leisure in one destination.
